Mark Tyler: 8 - Made at least three top drawer saves, none better than his final minute fingertip stop.

Paul Connolly: 6.5 - Fit-again defender gave the ball away for Stanley’s first, but grew in stature as the game wore on.

Jake Howells: 7 - Unpreferred left back role, he netted the leveller and also made a vital block on the line at the death.

Steve McNulty: 7 - Dominant in the air once more and was unlucky to deflect Joyce’s header in.

Luke Wilkinson: 7 - Almost won it but saw his goal disallowed. Forming an good understanding with McNulty.

Alex Lacey: 5.5 - His holding role never looked like it would work, despite the success at Carlisle. Replaced on 21 minutes.

Andy Drury: 6.5 - Helped set up Rooney’s strike and finally managed to get forward, breaking into the box only to be denied by Lynch.

Matt Robinson: 6 - Struggled in possession during the first half but improved in the second, one barnstorming run forward in particular catching the eye.

Luke Rooney: 7.5 - Inventive, full of tricks and always eager to run at defenders. Quality finish too.

Mark Cullen: 6.5 - Struggling to really get into games as he finds himself on the periphery out on the flanks.

Paul Benson: 6 - Again his link up play is proving effective, but a lack of support means he is looking too isolated at the moment.

Luke Guttridge: 8 - Game changer. His arrival saw Hatters look a much more cohesive unit going forward. Showed just how influential he is.

Alex Wall: 5.5 - Late cameo from the striker, could have done better with few opportunities.
